Role Overview
As our eCommerce Analyst, you'll serve as a strategic partner to marketing, product, and finance—turning data into insights and insights into action. You’ll take full ownership of end-to-end reporting and analytics and help drive better business decisions, improved customer experience, and revenue growth. This is a high-impact role requiring strong analytical chops, business acumen, and technical skills across SQL, web analytics, and data visualization.
What You’ll Do
Own Reporting & Insights
Write and optimize SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
Build and maintain dashboards and weekly/monthly reports covering revenue, conversion, and traffic
Support and analyze A/B tests to evaluate performance and statistical lift
Partner with Stakeholders
Work closely with marketing on campaign performance and attribution
Collaborate with product to analyze funnels, user behavior, and engagement
Partner with developers and product managers on analytics implementation (GA4, Segment)
Key Success Metrics
Accuracy and usability of performance reporting
Adoption and impact of data-driven recommendations
Business improvements driven through analytics (conversion, retention, revenue)
Who You Are
2–4 years of experience in an eCommerce or digital analytics role
Strong SQL skills and comfort with large datasets
Proficient in GA4, Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools
Strong communication skills, especially translating data for non-technical audiences
Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have:
- Experience with event-based analytics platforms (e.g., Segment, Mixpanel)
- Experience with customer journey mapping or cohort analysis
- Understanding of marketing attribution models
