The Finishing Operator reports to the Finishing Lead on the third shift. The Finishing Operator serves as the final stage of manufacturing for stickers and labels finished on a roll prior to the packaging and shipping stages of customer orders. At times, you may be required to operate other manufacturing machinery and equipment (e.g. shrink wrap machine and packaging / shipping station). Speed, accuracy and quality are your passions, but especially your ability to support the team and adapt to changes in order volume. Being a supportive member of a team and being “All In” come naturally to you.

 

FINISHING DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate a tabletop label rewind machine including calibration, setup and daily cleaning
  • Operate a slitting machine including calibration, setup and daily cleaning
  • Be able to rewind or slit a daily volume of printed rolls for sticker and label products and count as needed
  • Assemble, finish and process a daily volume of print rolls, sheets and final sticker products
  • Assemble shipping packets and support shipping team with daily product workflow
  • Interpret job order details in order to properly set machine and finish rolls to customer specifications
  • Perform quality control inspections and remove defective items 
  • Offer ideas for continuous improvement within the manufacturing process
  • Cross-train on other printing machinery as needed and develop the capacity to support other team members in manufacturing
  • Maintain a clean, tidy workstation at all times
  • Cross-collaboration with other teams and departments
  • Other duties as assigned

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY

  • Completion of High School education or equivalent (preferred)
  • 1 years of direct machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Able to maintain health and safety requirements.
  • Attention to detail related to product quality and machine process quality
  • Aptitude for mechanical operation, manufacturing processes, and procedures
  • Basic math skills and superb attention to detail and product quality
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality - accurately record work time on a daily basis
  • Interest and ability to grow professionally with support from StickerGiant

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Duties require standing (except breaks and lunch) throughout working shift for 8 to 12 hours
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier lifting or movement tasks with assistance
  • Occasional climbing, stooping, bending and overhead reaching
  • Frequent walking, grasping and gripping

 

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS

  • Pay Range: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
    • Also an additional $2 per hour shift differential making it $20 - $20.50 per hour
  • Second Shift Hours
    • Monday - Friday
    • 9:00 PM - 5:30 AM
  • Some mandatory overtime and voluntary overtime available
  • 100% on-site position (no hybrid work available)

The Customer Service Associate (CSA) I creates a one of a kind experience for customers by providing quick and outstanding service with a twist of their own unique style. You’re a resourceful person that fosters customer relationships with StickerGiant through providing solutions to their sticker and label needs. You love representing a brand through positive and fun interactions that bring our customers back again and again and again.  

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Provide quick responses to customer inquiries via email, chat and phone 
  • Assist customers with questions related to all custom sticker and label products offered 
  • Offer suggestions for improved product matches to customer needs 
  • Resolve customer issues in real-time by working with the team to find fast solutions 
  • Understand artwork guidelines to give guidance to customers how we set up stickers and labels for print 
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment 
  • Communicate with internal teams and cross functionally to ensure a positive customer experience 
  • Communicate with customers about the StickerGiant.com ordering process and provide accurate information to ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish   

 

TIER LEVEL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES CSA I 

  • Participate and successfully complete standard CS training 
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of all products, pricing, and internal processes in order to support customers 
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of all technology systems and tools such as Zendesk and Microsoft Suite 
  • Demonstrate basic knowledge of all standard operating procedures for handling customer orders 
  • Develop basic knowledge of the entire product manufacturing process 
  • Effectively handle multiple customer communication channels (phone, chat, email) simultaneously 
  • Provide outstanding customer service during each customer interaction 
  • Demonstrate basic methods for diffusing difficult customer situations 

 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES 

  • 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing or similar customer service role 
  • Exceptional written and verbal skills; clear, concise, and grammatically correct 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with customer service software such as ZenDesk or similar software 
  • Mac computer literate 

 

EDUCATION AND FORMAL TRAINING 

  • High School Diploma/GED/Equivalent required 
  • B.S. degree preferred 
  • Formal customer service training or customer service certification preferred 
  • Bilingual in Spanish or other foreign language speaking preferred 

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

  • This position requires the employee to remain in a seated or standing (we have sit/stand desks) position for prolonged hours. The workstation for this role is in an open cubicle/workspace area. 
  • The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. 

 

POSITION SCHEDULE DETAILS 

  • Full-time, non-exempt position 
  • 32 hours per week minimum.  
  • Customer Support is available to customers from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm MST. Schedules will reflect the current need of the team within these operating hours 
  • Overtime is NOT required but is available upon request and manager approval

Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Manager to drive innovation and growth through new, custom printed products and related services. You’ll lead new product efforts from idea to launch—turning market opportunities into real results. You’ll own market research, new product strategy, business cases, cross-functional execution, and product classification.

Who You Are

  • 2-5+ years in management consulting or category/product management in eCommerce, Manufacturing, or Consumer
  • Experience defining strategies for successful new products, SKU management, product lifecycle
  • Entrepreneurial, agile, thrive on ownership and accountability ✅ Highly analytical, can aggregate and distill insights across a wide range of data sources
  • Strategic and commercial, can create frameworks to effectively identify and prioritize new opportunities
  • Exceptional cross-functional project manager with strong execution drive and MVP instincts
  • Outstanding communications skills, can influence across teams and levels
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, comfortable learning new BI and project management tools (Jira, Metabase, etc)

What You’ll Do

  • Define and Execute New Product Strategy – Lead physical product development lifecycle from inception to growth
  • Lead Market Research & Business Cases - Analyze trends and build business cases to guide priorities
  • Drive Cross-Functional Plans - Coordinate teams to hit timelines, deliverables, goals, risk mitigation
  • Track Performance & Deliver Results – Set, track and manage revenue and margin goals and budgets
  • Define Product Classification & Structure - Build and manage product taxonomy and SKUs

Position Schedule

  • Full-time, exempt role
  • Hybrid work environment
  • 40 hours/week: Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm MST, with flexibility to work ex normal business hours based on business needs
  • Compensation Range: $100,000- $120,000 Base + Bonus
